About half of India’s population is under 25 years of age. We, at HSF, aim to deliver comprehensive human resource development services to augment the economy of the country. HSF Education Institute, plans to provide guide more than 10 million youths to augment their employment opportunities and research activities by promoting skills among the youngsterswith training and skill development by 2030.

HSF’s Training and Skill DevelopmentSkill augmentation Courses mission is to achieve focused results by 2030 and in order to do the same has laid out a few objectives, which are as follows:

– Build prospects and potential for talent growth for youngsters by offering them unique courses in HSF;
– Identifying new areas for training and development;
– Upgrade skills to international globalized standards through substantial business engagement and establishing the requisite standards, curriculum and quality assurance systems;
– Enhance, promote and organize skill development programmes in the private sector through effective Public-Private Partnership (PPP) models; and
– Aim for essential private sector organizational and financial participation.

Project-Based Learning (PBL)


Our courses apply a project-based approach to learning which ‘integrates knowing and doing’. Through this approach, participants not only gain knowledge, but also apply what they know to solve authentic problems and produce results that matter. This approach focuses on individual education, not the curriculum, and emphasises the importance of “intangible assets such as drive, passion, creativity, empathy, and resiliency. These cannot be taught out of a textbook, but must be activated through experience.”
